How we help and the process we will follow
Initial Contact and Introduction
From the initial contact we will arrange an online meeting to discuss your requirements. We will ask a number of questions and if acceptable to you, introduce you more to SOS Auditing. We will confirm if we can help with the request and give you a rough idea of costs. If we cannot commit to your request, we will advise you at this point. We do not want to waste your time. If its all go we will send you a proposal within 48 hours. The proposal once accepted will transition into a detailed plan for your approval. Included in it will be the key components that we believe are vital to the success of any audit, project or programme.
Communication
If applicable, we will work with your team to create a Communications Plan. With any audit project it is important that all involved are fully briefed and that any inter linking departments are part of the communication and support the work that you have commissioned.
Training
Again, if appropriate, we can provide training to your team and/or briefings to anyone linked to the work that will be undertaken. This can be individual training to full classroom briefings. It can be completed through online technology, documentation or face to face.
Reflection
During any audit or project, it is important to provide feedback, learn from each stage and reflect on points that are highlighted. We will agree a programme of reflection sessions with you. These can be daily, weekly or at any significant point of the audit.
Reporting
Our reporting process is also extremely flexible. We can produce this in a checklist form, a detailed overview, graphical or other types of data analysis and can also include images and photos. You will receive professional, high quality reports in your desired format which will be agreed at the introductory meeting.
Follow up
For audits we will provide the results at the agreed timescales and for projects we will provide full recommendations and actions as an ongoing concern. We will provide a fully flexible approach and do not minimise the need for a consistent and seamless follow up process.
